Great inexpensive ear buds

This is a real gem for the price.  Great sound quality and long lasting charge.  Compatible with iPhone 10 and 11, iPad and Sony Bravia 900E TV.  Purchased 3 as gifts and just ordered a fourth.  The only issue I have is with the delivery schedule.  Every pair I ordered was delayed by weeks.  The most recent pair was scheduled to arrive by Wednesday this week but was once again moved to Saturday, April 17, 2021.

A real gem!

Works great. As good as my Apple AirPods and dont fall out of ears as easily. Waterproof too! Can wear in shower - cant wait. Great for quietly watching TV! Can walk all around the house and hear it! My air pods cut out snd then you have to reconnect - a pain. Great price for product!

Bought 2 sets and only 1 set works
 
 The earbuds came very quickly. The packaging is very nice and both sets seemed to be charged when we opened the boxes. One set works perfectly but the other set has an issue. I emailed support and was given a suggestion to charge that set overnight. We did that and they still don't work, waiting to see what support suggests from here. I can say that their first response was prompt and courteous. I expect that the second response will be too. I hope we can get this resolved satisfactorily. I can update this review once I know the outcome.

Good sound but could use a little more bass. The USB C cable that comes with it was total garbage. It was not complete and had bare copper wire ends coming out of the injection molded jacketing near the plug so I had to buy another cable. Still a good deal for the price.

 The audio is pretty good with the latest version of skype but the microphone in the DA2 does not seem to work with skype very well. My friends on skype have had no problem with hearing me when I was using a traditional microphone headset. With the DA2 they said my voice was almost unintelligible and broke up often mid-word. UPDATE- customer service rep was right on it. emailed me a return label and they will replace these. I expect that will solve the problem. Really impressive and responsive attention to my problem

Love the ability to charge 1 and use 1 but when using both at same time I get in and out sound. seems to be maybe bouncing between each ear being connected.
